Dr. Barbara Davis received her degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1990. She completed her family medicine residency at Community Hospital in Indianapolis. She has always had an interest in addiction medicine due to personal family experience.

Dr. Davis worked at Fairbanks Hospital during her residency, returning there for two years from 2010 to receive training in Suboxone® treatment and other instruction from Dr. Timothy Kelly, who shared his knowledge and expertise in opioid-use disorders, other drug addictions, and alcoholism. She gained more experience in the outpatient and inpatient settings and went to work for Clearvista Recovery Associates Pc from 2018–2024.

She is now working in private practice three days per week. 

Dr. Davis is board certified in family medicine. In addition to providing medication assisted treatment for opioid- and alcohol-use disorders, she performs substance-use assessments for legal and professional cases.

She is dedicated to offering discreet, individualized, and comprehensive assessments and treatments.
